Data Collection and use;
When you request information through this website, we may need to know some personal information about you. When emailing us, or subscribing for information we will need your e-mail address, name and other limited personal identifiers. Most of the data we require from you, is used in creating attendee profiles for the event. In addition to creating attendee Profiles, GEF uses your data for the following purposes and for which you give your consent:
- For Record keeping
- For Bookings
- To send Newsletters about the event
GEF uses the data collected for event registration to provide, maintain, protect and improve the overall quality of its services. GEF does not collect more data than is necessary to fulfill such purposes. Sensitive information such as your credit card details will only be used for the purpose of processing payment and will not be used for any other purposes.
GEF may disclose your Data to third parties where such disclosure is permitted and required by law or court order, or where such disclosure is necessary for the protection and defense of its rights.
Your duty;
You must ensure that the data you provide us with are:

In particular, since GEF will mainly use email communications with you, you are required to notify us of any modification of your email address.

These measures are subject to continuous development in accordance with technological progress and are periodically reviewed to comply with all applicable privacy laws. It is worthy of note that, only authorized GEF staff have access to your data.
Data Retention;
Your data may be held after the Global Entrepreneurship Festival, for the purposes of improving our services offered, and sending newsletters containing updates on the next GEF event. We do not collect any additional information about you other than that outlined above
