The Application Process
1. Application
Complete your application for the GEF Art Fair. Submitting an artist application is free. Tell us about yourself, your artistic practice and share some images of your work.
2. Selection Committee
All artist applications for the GEF Art Fair are reviewed collectively by the Fair Director and a Selection Committee comprised of art world experts.
3. Approval
Once exhibiting artists have been chosen by the Selection Committee, our Fair team will contact you to confirm your place.
2024 Stand Prices
When submitting your application to the Fair, we’ll ask you to let us know the size of the stand you would like to take if you’re selected to exhibit.
All stands are built and ready for you to begin hanging your work, with white walls and basic lighting. Additional stand accessories and customizations can be added on (i.e. additional lights, electricity, custom wall colors, etc.).

Sale and Payment
The GEF Art Fair takes 30% commission on artworks sold onsite. We will strive to find unique and exciting new features to enhance visitor experience and increase sales.
Sales tax is collected at the point of sale, so there is no need to factor this into your
pricing.
All artist receive 70% from the sale of each piece sold. All payments are processed through a central system. All artists will be paid through bank Payment within 15days of the Fair.
